To contact someone about student records, please click on the drop-down menu next to the CONTACT tab at the top of the screen and select "Student Records".
For security reasons, teacher contact information can only be found via the PowerSchool app or website. To reach other staff, please call the school at 225-391-6350 or email GAMWebmaster@apsb.org.
HOW TO ACCESS POWERSCHOOL CONTACTS:
- Go to apsb.powerschool.com
- Sign in (username begins with g- )
- To email a teacher, click on the teacher's name OR right-click on the teacher's name, click "copy email address"
- Open a new email and paste the copied email address in the "To:" line of the email, create a short phrase in the "Subject" line, then compose the message and click "Send".
Parents may also set up email notification in the left margin of the parent screen of the website. This will alert parents to grades, attendance, etc.
Parents who do not have a parent portal account should contact the school for a parent portal letter. That letter contains instructions and information needed for setting up a parent account.
